Good and quick service from PLNTS, not so much from the courier:My girlfriend usually buys from this website so I wanted to buy her a plant for S.Valentine, unfortunately this time quality of packaging/delivery wasn't at usual level:- the box arrived sealed with courier tape, so it was opened before-the heat pack wasn't there, I guess it got lost along the way- obvsly the plant didn't enjoy the trip, 3 leaves out of 7 were badly fold and one was detached.
