I was so excited to receive beautiful and rare plants form such a well reviewed place, but did not expect to be as wrong as I was.Shipping was a complete disaster, the mentioned lead times on website are not accurate at all and when carrier failed, the only support (after 2 days of writing emails, chatting and whatsapp) I got answer - carrier is trying to deliver. Not true. 3 days lates I managed to chase down the driver to get my parcel.When I opened the parcel where I should receive 3 beautiful plants, 2 baby plants and one big cactus - another surprise. Due to the carrier not fulfilling their duties (as was advertised on the website) one of the rare babyplants had died and instead of big cactus I received a snake plant.Tried reaching out to plnts.com again - no answers. After a day or two, apologies and offer for a discount code. No, thank you, I do not want to order in a place that can mix a snake plant with cactus (even the invoice had the correct plants mentioned, all you need to do is double check that the picked plants are what's ordered). Now for two days I have been chasing them to get refund... terrible customer service, saddest first shopping experience in a plant store online.Update: still trying to get my refund after weeks of chasing them. They have time to write answers to reviews but not to actually provide resolution or answers to customers.
