I ordered two plants, two small pots and paid additionally for heat packs because of the current weather.The heat pack was ice cold when it arrived, most likely because the package arrived 1-2 days later than planned.The used packing is definitly not working for such plants.One plant is not existing anymore and the other is so badly damaged and ugly that it is not more than organic waste.So I asked Plnts for a full refund and a stamp to send the pots back.What I received as an offer from Plnts made me speachless. Here is what I got: "I'd like to offer you a full refund for both plants in the form of a discount code (excluding shipping costs and sales)."Very unpleasant and frustrating experience - definitly never again.Recomendation to Plnts: You should work on your service and customer support. Damages while transportation can happen, but your reaction after my disappointing experience, the pictures that I sent and additional work that I now have is unbelievable.
