I ordered plants as part of a moving away gift for a friend on the 8th and told that I would receive my plants on the 13th. On the 15th I emailed asking where my plants were and it turned out it got 'stuck in processing' and that they finally processed my order. EVRI sent me an email on the 17th saying they were expecting it within 48hrs and now it is the 19th and they still don't even have my plants to ship.I needed these plants before the 24th and now I am unsure if I will even get them in time and as the friend is moving away I have literally no need for these plants which I can't even return. It takes so long for customer service to get back to you and the process of sending the plants seems to be so weird if things can get stuck at stages in the process. I don't think there should be a date given for when you can expect your order as I ordered way ahead of time and due to circumstances out of my control I now look like a cheapskate. I can't even refund so I can go and spend money somewhere else and get my plants on time. Horrible experience.
