This product is ineffective and does not perform as advertised. When I requested a refund, I was asked to provide a photo and video. When I questioned if they thought it was user error, they claimed it was part of the refund process. After sending what they asked for, they denied my refund because I had already used it. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. Total waste of money, and they do not honor their money-back guarantee.
