I truly regret not reading these reviews before purchasing! It didn’t work on my face at all. They refused to refund me because it had been used, claiming it wasn’t faulty based on the evidence I provided. How can it not be faulty if it doesn’t do what I paid for? They haven’t responded to my follow-up email either. I’m appalled by this company, which I thought was reputable. Don’t waste your money!
