I purchased this product, and it simply didn’t work. I requested a refund as there’s a 60-day money-back guarantee, but they told me a refund was not possible because I had 'used' it. How else could I test it? After just one use, it didn’t remove any hairs at all. They showed no concern and refused my refund. This company is a scam; avoid it!
