I purchased a Plucky facial hair remover and when it arrived I followed the instructions to the word. I went online to see videos etc. I ended up with the worst burns on my chin and had scabbing for over a week. When I emailed them to get my money back as they advertise "At Plucky, we're dedicated to your satisfaction" 60 day refund, as they flash this guarantee everywhere. I was asked to send a video and photos for the return and then told that they would not accept the return as it was used. I responded to them to ask how this works - was I meant to look at the device for 60 days and decide I was not happy with it??? and was very polite - they have now stopped replying to my emails. I have sent a number since and they have not replied - Really terrible customer services in my eyes. It is a shame as this is a NZ company and I am always wanting to support local small businesses - but if they cannot be honest, I will have to write a poor review.
