PLEASE DO NOT BUY. ***UPDATE***They have now blocked me on Instagram. Despite the dodgy instructions and the scar on my face they will not refund because it’s been used and I bought it “on sale”. It is always on sale - you will never get a refund.Please please please do not buy this product. The product does not work - the instructions are incomplete - they literally stop mid sentence. It burned my face and left a scab. I have sent photos of my face and the crappy instruction booklet / no response. Despite a 24/7 client service offering I have had no response to my emails. They delete all negative comments on their instagram account. Mine have gone. While there are lots of 5 star reviews on their website, there is not one comment on any of their posts. They wipe everything. I will be forwarding a complaint to the NZCC but I question if they are even in NZ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.
