This product does not work at all; I couldn't remove a single chin hair after an hour of effort! It's truly a scam. I've never felt the need to write a review before, but this is something no one should waste their money on. I won't even attempt to get a refund since I've seen other reviews indicating they don't refund after use, which is absurd if the product fails to deliver!
