This is my first time sharing a review after many online transactions. The service was utterly disappointing. My order took over two weeks to arrive, and the shipping communication was terrible. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but they insisted it was the correct size despite it being two sizes too large, even after I sent pictures. They dismissed my concerns and refused to offer a refund or exchange. This has been the worst transaction I've ever experienced, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company. It was an awful experience!
