After placing my order; it took quite a while for the product to arrive. (A number of weeks) Shipping speed needs to be improved. The slippers seem to be good. I don’t know how easy it will be to fulfill the “lifetime” warrantee. I’m sure there will be quite a process; which ultimately won’t work. We shall see.
