I have placed an order on February 6, on February 9th I received an email with a tracking number stating that my package is being processed. To date I still have not received my package and the tracking number reads that same message.
I reached out to pluffi providing all this information and received an email stating that the package delivers within 4-14 days.
I will never be purchasing another item from this company.
