Terrible support and horrible response. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I've been ignored and as a repeat customer very shocked at how I have been treated as unimportant and unappreciated. They do not try to help you out with fixing any mix ups, once they get your money they don't care if you're satisfied or not. This is a great example of how companies lost the mentality that customer satisfaction is a priority.
If I can save just one person from being a victim to this disgusting company I would feel fulfilled.
