FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! I ordered online and they confirmed via messaging that they would check the product's authenticity and deliver within two days as promised. After confirming, I placed my order. They stopped replying, claimed it was out for delivery for several days but refused to provide proof or a tracking number. I confirmed with the courier service they claimed to use that nothing had been collected or scheduled for delivery. They have blocked me on various platforms. I have lodged complaints with relevant authorities and am pursuing further action to identify the owner/manager of the business to take additional steps.
