If I could rate zero, I would. I ordered in good faith believing the items were authentic. They were not. I received counterfeit shoes and when I contacted them, they denied the claims despite my having several pairs of genuine designer shoes to compare. They refuse to provide invoices of purchase as they are conducting 'their own investigation.' I have contacted local authorities and will reach out to the brand to verify the counterfeits. The only reason I ordered from them was due to stock issues elsewhere. The packaging and quality seemed appealing, but avoid them at all costs! In hindsight, they have many followers but no comments on their posts. They are scammers.
