They repeatedly lied about my package being handed over to the courier, who confirmed it was never given to them. After numerous exchanges, I requested a refund. They claimed to have refunded me on a specific date but refused to provide proof. I later received a cancellation email stating no refund was issued, and they kept asking me to wait 7-14 days. After following up, I still had not received my refund. I filed a case with consumer protection to recover my money, and upon their inquiry, it was revealed that the refund was only issued after they contacted them. Thankfully, with their assistance, I finally received my refund. I will never do business with them again.
