I made my first purchase and realised I had made a mistake at delivery selection. I was able to cancel the pending order with no hassle. The correct order I made arrived promptly and whilst it was the exact part, I realised I had it in the packaging from the original supplier. Again, the company were super helpful and happy to refund once the item was returned. Whilst I did not use the product. It was delivered when it was supposed to, quality was spot on and customer service great.
I was after 2, 3/4" shower bar shrouds as my old ones looked unsightly and had cracked, noted plumbing4home had exactly what I wanted so I ordered online, however only one arrived, it wasn't clear if they sold them in pairs, but there was a picture of 2. I emailed there customer services and asked if I purchased another 1 they would waiver the postage, and they agreed, so thank you. Great service.
