I ordered a condensation trap for a boiler on the 2nd March. Today is the 9th March. I have not received any information about my delivery so I called them today. They've told me my order hasn't even been processed yet. So once they've processed it, it can still take at least 5 more days to get to me and that's not even guaranteed. I've cancelled my order. Il never use this company again. They can't complete a small simple order or let customer know what's going on. So don't bother
