We had water leakage from the piping connecting the water heater. Mike came to remove the water heater before the mitigation and repair work. He was awesome, excellent in communicating about his arrival time and what he is doing. He was friendly, very pleasant, and his plumbing work looked so much better than the previous work left by the previous owner.
