An appointment was made quickly and a representative, Susan, attended with all the sample materials and colours I could have wished for. She provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. I was under no pressure whatsoever to make a decision. Once I decided and my order was placed I received the same service that had brought me back to Plumbs after a 10 year gap. My order was placed in mid October and my beautiful made to measure covers were fitted mid December. They are stunning. Beautiful quality fabric and they fit like a glove.
