The engineer turned up on the morning armed with his bag of tools and got started straight away. After the install, he cleaned up and got rid off all waste. He explained the use of the boiler and Nest Thermostat. I work in the trade myself, and have seen some bodge jobs out there, but was really impressed with the service received.
