I was initially happy with my plunge. Within 2 years, the pump went out. After a very slow process, I received a replacement pump. Plunge was supposed to install the pump, but I wound up hiring a plumber (paid out of my pocket even though the claim was covered by my extended warranty) because plunge was so slow. If left to them, my tub would have been down for months. Now, less than a year later the pump is bad again. I can’t get them to respond to my “support ticket” emails. Plunge has the worst and slowest customer service. They will not speak with you on the phone. They will only trouble shoot through email and they are TERRIBLE about responding timely. It will take weeks or months to resolve something that could be addressed in minutes with a phone call. Their poor service causes very long interruptions in your use of the tub. These tubs cost way too much money to have them break down all the time and then get no help for weeks or months. Choose someone that actually stands behind their product.
