This was an extremely disappointing experience! I would not recommend trusting this service. If there were an option for less than zero stars, I would choose that. I can't help but wonder how they can live with the stress and damage they've caused. Initially, I felt completely hopeless and believed my money was lost forever. However, with the assistance of a certain company, I finally felt supported. They clearly explained the process and kept in contact until I received my funds back. Just a very unprofessional group.
