Customer service is lacking. I placed an order July 26th. It is now August 5th and it still shows as "label created" with no further movement. I cannot reach their customer service department by phone (I get a "we will call you back", no one ever has), nor has anyone responded to my email inquiries. Before this last order, they have been responsive and quick but due to this experience, will be ordering elsewhere. If there is no further movement on my order tomorrow, will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. EDIT: I did receive a call back today explaining that they had changed their shipping method from UPS to DHL and many customers are complaining of the same issue. The gentleman I spoke to said a replacement is being sent via UPS but I haven't received acknowledgement of this. If/when this happens, I will update my review. EDIT 2: Still haven’t received, no UPS replacement issued. Opening a dispute with my credit card company today and never ordering from this company again. As an aside, I ordered gummies from Cornbread Hemp and received them in 4 days vis USPS.
