I've sent multiple emails to the company regarding my order placed on 9/13/2025, which has yet to arrive. Their responses are generic, asking me to be patient as they assure me my order is on the way. They withdrew the payment from my account upon order placement but refuse to process a refund. BE CAUTIOUS, as they may take your money without delivering.
