I have been monitoring my package closely. Residing in a suburb of Detroit, it initially went to Chicago, then was sent to Detroit, where it should have been delivered to my home. Now, however, it’s reported to be in Houston, Texas, heading to another facility. They seem to have no issue processing my payment while my order takes a cross-country detour. If a zero rating were an option, I would choose that. The package reached Detroit, yet it should have been delivered to my address instead of being redirected to Texas.
