My experience was terrible. The van arrived 20 minutes late, and after loading up, we had arranged to meet at the new address at 1 PM. After several attempts to contact them, which were declined, they finally arrived at 3:20 PM. We had family waiting to help, but had nothing to do because the van was missing. Poor communication and service; I would not recommend them. It felt like they were trying to squeeze in too many jobs.
