Don't buy this stuff. Its a MLM scam. Morning sachet is a fiber supplement with some vitamine but mostly a TON of sugar and caffeine. The activize drink has similar ingredients to redbull. The evening drink again has sugars and some minerals. Fructose and dextrose are still sugars!! Get a good multivitamin and eat veggies. Cheaper and healthier. Heck the sales lady even claimed it cured cancer..
