Very poor service by this skincare company. Had I known it would have been so difficult to get a replacement I would have just purchased from a different brand, their products are very overpriced, and to take a customers personal details but also ask their household income is disgusting!You also have to return the item yourself with tracked postage before a replacement can be shipped.How am I to get you product back from a special needs person I purchased as a gift for and return it to them? Wish I had purchased from a different brand instead. They are ten times better.
