PMT Party is Perfection!! We were so very happy to have found Dorothy & Co. to help us decorate the room for our daughter’s Sweet 16. It took all the stress off on a really special day, to know that someone was getting the room ready and I could concentrate on getting the birthday girl ready. When we entered the room it was like entering a floral fairytale. Gorgeous and beyond anything that we could have imagined.
