I ordered a pair of Jim Morrison boots from Pochly on January 19.
After almost two and several unanswered emails, I finally received a reply saying that my pair was in the final stage of production and almost ready to ship.
However, shortly after that message, the order was refunded through Klarna and I never received the boots.
The designs look great, but unfortunately the customer experience (communication and delivery delays) was very disappointing.
I was really looking forward to receiving the boots, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing.
