I am writing this review to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Pocket Broker. My account has been completely blocked without any valid justification, even after I provided the requested bank statements for verification.
Here are the details of my grievance:
Compliance from my side: The support team asked for my bank statement to verify my account/transactions. I submitted the official documents promptly, ensuring all details were clear and accurate.
Unfair Action: Instead of verifying the documents, the platform chose to block my account entirely. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a tactic to withhold my funds.
Lack of Support: I have tried to resolve this through their internal support, but they have been unhelpful and have now frozen my access to my own capital and profits.
It is unacceptable for a trading platform to lock a user’s account after they comply with all verification requirements. This experience has caused me significant mental stress and financial concern.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before depositing money here. I demand that Pocket Broker re-evaluates my documents immediately and restores my account access along with my funds.
