While I understand market risks, the issue lies in the platform's behavior: initially showing a win and later reversing it, which hinders real-time verification and creates a misleading experience. I reached out to support multiple times for a technical explanation and later for a refund or goodwill consideration due to trust issues. My total deposits exceeded $13,000 on a previous account and over $300 on a newer one. Support replies were generic, and my final request went unanswered. I'm not making accusations, just documenting my experience to inform others.
