I am submitting this public complaint regarding Pocket Option due to missing funds and account mishandling.
Issue Summary:
1. My trading account had a total balance of 2300 USD, representing real funds and profits after completing all bonus turnover requirements.
2. A withdrawal was requested and initially approved. Later, the withdrawal was canceled and my account was blocked.
3. I received only 100 USD via bank card. The remaining 124.81 USD was allegedly sent to a crypto wallet address (0xE643ED7685F703D2a40b142106d70b1ACa1F1D2A) which I never provided or authorized.
4. Pocket Option support claims the funds were sent successfully and the address was mine — this is false.

- Support correspondence
- Transaction link (BscScan) for the 124.81 USD
Request:
Immediate refund of 124.81 USD and settlement of 2300 USD from my account.
Failure to resolve this will result in further escalation to:
- Financial regulators and consumer protection authorities
- Public complaint platforms (Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army)
- Legal actions as needed
