I’m experiencing a very frustrating situation with the service. Every time I attempt to withdraw funds, my request gets canceled. The platform keeps citing reasons like detecting a different IP address, despite me using my account as usual. My €220 withdrawal was canceled once more, and rather than processing it, they requested additional verification even though I had already completed previous checks. It seems that the withdrawal process is unnecessarily complicated, which encourages users to continue trading instead of accessing their own money. At this point, I lack confidence in the platform, and I’m sharing my experience to inform others.
