I only just joined and was in the middle of a survey when it stopped and back in my account its said I had limited access due to a bullying and harrassment violation.I appreciate I got a response back here from Pocketfull however they are incorrect about the multiple accounts. I also don't like how I ended up on their page having to join when I had come from another survey site that I had clicked to do a survey for, if it was Pocketfull's survey I should have just been able to do it directly. I found Pocketfull's site very busy and confusing with unnecessary animation. Not really my type of thing but may suit younger generation or people who like games.I after updating my response to add a more balanced review they went back to Trustpilot to get more details about me to verify I am a real person and if I don't no doubt that is their loophole to delete negative reviews. Why am I made to feel like a bad person, I am the one who had a bad experience and they are making it worse.
