I had suddenly lost the ability to charge at home and after 2 days of useless trouble shooting, phoned the Podpoint team and the lovely Maria Tejones got me back up and running in one call. She was extremely clear and helped me through each step. It did take quite a bit of fiddling about and I really felt her technical knowledge was excellent.
