I had an irritating and frustrating not to say inconvenient problem with my PodPoint. Called the help-line. Lovely guy on the telephone did a few diagnostics with me, and then changed something with the setting remotely and it was all back online and charging a few minutes later. I was amazed and relieved as I thought it would turn out to be both hideously complicated and stonkingly expensive but, no, all done a a few minutes. Great service and very helpful young man.
