as i write this review, i have been holding for nearly and hour to find out where the installer is, they were meant to be to me for 9.15am and its now 13.27pm with no clue what's going on. They also moved my installation date two days before it was scheduled as the photo of the meter i took wasn't sufficient. The photos i sent them 12 days before so why did it take them 12 days to realise the photos weren't right, shocking I'm still holding!!!!!!! AVOID
