My Pod point stopped working but I was able to arrange a service appointment quickly after exchanging emails with a customer representative. The service engineer fixed the problem (replacement PCB) on the first visit and then arranged a follow-up visit to replace the front plate of the Pod Point, which was slightly damaged. The service engineer was friendly and helpful and arrived well within the 11AM-4PM window agreed both times.
