Awful company to deal with. Our 4 year old charger developed a fault and so we approached POD to supply a new one. The level of customer service was nothing short of abysmal! The phone lines disconnect or you find yourself repeating the same details over and over. Emails go unanswered and then they close your “ticket” without a resolution. Absolutely shocking. Will take my hard earned cash elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could!
