Customer service is a joke. My pod point would not connect to WiFi. I called today and the adviser admitted they have a software glitch and then tried to charge me for a repair on their own software. When I asked for a manager they said they dont have any working. I said I don't believe them and refused to hang up and suprise suprise a manager was plucked out of thin air. This company is dishonest expensive and should be avoided.
