Used the app to pay my deposit in December. It’s now end of March. My charger has still not been installed. This is despite emailing them and several phone calls. Was promised a phone call back that never happened. Apparently now after over 3 months of waiting, they will install it on Tuesday. I’ll update my review if/when they do. Haven’t received any apologies just silence from their customer service team all whilst I’ve been racking up hundreds of pounds a month spent at public chargers. Their delays have cost me over £1000 in charging fees since I first paid my deposit. I would like compensation Update 2.Contractor came to fit whilst I was at work, called me to say he wasn’t going to fit the tethered unit I’d asked for, and then proceeds to fit another type against my wishes and then unknown to me; onto the wrong wall… now I have a unit that protrudes into a public walkway making it difficult to pass without rubbing against the charge cable. It’s just totally illogica… especially bearing mind they ask you to send photos and descriptions of where you want it fitted. I’ve since called 4 times and not had a single reply, just that it’s been escalated to another team. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYIt’s seems the only people responding are your marketing team who are responding to these messages…so read this and call me to sort this out instead of writing these empty responses to people who have paid good money and waited months in good faith just to be messed around.
