I have been unable to remove my charger from the holder on the wall. The supplier who fitted it just over six months ago could offer no solution. Got through Pod Point very easily and a competent person talked me through the fix, push it in hard while holding the grip upwards for a while, then remove it in the usual manner.Great service.
