Got my car on December 18th. Podpoint only finally installed yesterday. Was complicated. Painful. Not installed where I asked for it to be and paid an extra £200 for. Lead doesn’t reach far enough now. No instructions on how to use it. Really not a positive experience. Engineer cancelled on the morning of install. I wasted 2 days off work. You’d think they would have back up for emergencies. Poor all round and I would never recommend.
