I have to say, it would have had 5 stars but part of the problem was the clarity in what was required with the Water Bonding etc, perhaps if you change the questions and ask where the stop tap is would be better and also examples of good pictures of what you require. What I will say today the installation was fabulous, kept me up to date and explained everything clearly with some very useful quick wins.
