Paid up front for supply and fit but had terrible trouble getting the installation done. Pod cancelled the appointments on four occasions, either on the date the installation was due to be done or the day before. The reasons for cancellation were stated to be owing to the engineer being ill (twice) and parts not being available (twice). I complained through their official channels and the installation was finally done on the fifth appointment. I would have scored Pod a “one”rating but gave it a slightly higher score owing to the professionalism of the engineer who did the installation. He was neat, tidy and pleasant.
