It’s been more than 25 days that I started the process to install the pod home in my house, went through the process, sent videos and pictures of my house and after all this time was booked to April 10th. Surprisingly I tried to call them today to check if it was possible an earlier installation and they told me is not possible install anymore because my eletric box wasn’t prepared… why if I sent the pictures long time ago and nothing was said, also talked to them last Friday and nothing was said again.. the worst service in uk, very disappointed.
