Home charger stopped working 2 weeks ago. Contacted pod point who stated that they should be able to fix it remotely rather than buying a new charger. However, since then, no communication. Keep chasing for the remote solution but nothing back from pod point other than they will be in touch.Have now spent over £200 in past 2 weeks on charging elsewhere. Now looking to buy a new charger.
